General Dentist
Dr. Taheri was raised in Vancouver, Richmond, and North Vancouver, and is proud to call the North Shore home. He completed both his undergraduate degree and Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of British Columbia, graduating in 2011. In 2013, he and his family settled in North Vancouver, where they are now living as a family of five and enjoying the strong sense of community that makes the area so special.

Dr. Taheri believes in treating every patient the same way he would treat his own family — with honesty, compassion, and respect. His approach is comprehensive and collaborative, ensuring patients are fully involved in every step of their treatment planning process.
Advanced Training & Clinical Focus
Dr. Taheri has a special interest in dental implants and bone grafting, and has helped hundreds of patients restore their smiles through surgical implant treatment. He regularly pursues advanced continuing education to remain at the forefront of implant and regenerative techniques.

Dr. Spurr’s connection to British Columbia began at UBC, where he completed a B.Sc. in Microbiology and an M.Sc. in Molecular Biology between 1973 and 1979. He went on to earn his dental degree from the University of Toronto, graduating in 1983. After spending the first 16 years of his career practising in Alberta, he returned to BC to work alongside long-time friends and colleagues Drs. Peter Kearney, Katrin Turu, and Clive Jones. Today he is proud to call the North Shore home, practising with the team at Howe Sound Dental Group in Lynn Valley.

Born and raised in East Vancouver, Dr. Gee discovered his passion for dentistry while volunteering at a local non-profit community dental clinic during his undergraduate studies. He graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology, and his commitment to helping others led him to pursue his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of British Columbia. At UBC’s dental school he excelled academically and developed a keen interest in surgical and cosmetic dentistry, earning numerous awards and scholarships along the way.

Whether a patient is visiting for a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, Dr. Gee works to ensure they feel safe, heard, and genuinely valued from the moment they arrive.

Outside the office, Dr. Gee enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, honing his culinary skills, and has recently taken up pickleball.
